A Premium Twist on National Pasta Month
Great food cities like Chicago and Austin are already hot spots for Barilla pastas, but this fall, they’re taking it up a notch with premium, imported, bronze-die Barilla Al Bronzo® in featured menu placements. We’re thrilled to see the all-star list of restaurants who are giving Al Bronzo a turn on their menus to celebrate fall pasta season and National Pasta Month this October! Al Bronzo launches in foodservice packaging in 2026, so this is an exciting preview of premium pastas to come.
In Chicago: Will you order Cajun Cream Pasta with Smoked Chicken Thighs on Al Bronzo Bucatini at Etc.? Or Chef Helen Cameron’s Al Bronzo Orecchiette with lemon pecorino cream, brown butter breadcrumbs, Calabrian chili oil and crispy sage at Uncommon Ground?

Austin's kicking off the pasta celebration earlier, from Sept 22nd to Oct 21st. Which means you have a head start on savoring the new Al Bronzo featured dishes at these participating restaurants. The list is as eclectic as Austin itself – from pizza-centric favorites like Amici Pizzeria to top Italian destination Asti Trattoria, and farm-to-table standout Foreign & Domestic.
