LINGUINE
Linguine (“little tongues” in Italian) is made from long, flat strands of pasta, but is thinner and narrower than its relative Fettuccine. Classically paired with traditional pesto, it is an elegant and delicate pasta shape for all occasions. Other perfect matches include tomato, oil-based, or seafood-based sauces.
