- 2 tbsp, 1 ½ tsp fresh garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 ¼ cup fresh red onions, diced 1/4"
- 1 ¼ cup red bell peppers, fresh, small diced 1/4"
- 1 lb. 4 oz shrimp, 41/50, P&D, raw, frozen
- 2 tbsp, 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp, 1 ½ tsp fresh lemon, zested
- ½ cup, 2 tbsp white wine
- ¾ tsp fine ground black pepper
- ¼ cup, 1 tbsp unsalted butter, solid
- 2 tbsp, 1½ tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Herb Citrus Crunch
- 1½ tsp canola oil
- 1½ tsp unsalted butter, solid
- ½ cup, 2 tbsp panko bread crumbs
- ⅛ tsp lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp lemon zest
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- ½ tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
