MEDITERRANEAN PASTA SALAD
- Barilla Macaroni Pasta
- English cucumber, wash and small diced
- Sun dried tomatoes, sliced Julienne
- Red onions, minced
- Black olives, pits removed, sliced
- Feta cheese, crumbled
- Italian flat lead parsley, minced
- extra-virgin olive oil
- lemon, zest and juice - about 2 Tbsp. juice and 1 Tbsp zest
- oregano, dry
- Black pepper, ground
- Garlic, fresh, minced fine
- water
- Fresh Parsley fronds or minced for garnish
