- thick-cut smoked bacon, cut into 1 inch lardons
- Kikkoman Hoisin Sauce
- brown sugar
- fresh Thai Chilis, thinly sliced
- fresh scallions, chopped
- Extra Lee Kum Kee Sriracha sauce for drizzle, to taste
