INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz Barilla® Love
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb 1/4 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
  • Salt and white pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. 1.Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. 2.Meanwhile, in a saucepan over low heat, bring heavy cream to a simmer.
  3. 3.Whisk in cheese and seasoning to taste.
  4. 4.Drain pasta well and mix with cheese sauce.
