BARILLA LOVE WITH OIL CURED TUNA AND FRIED PACIFIC OYSTERS
- Barilla Spaghetti
- heavy cream, reduced by half
- garlic cloves, sliced paper thin
- Calabrian chilis in oil, finely minced (remove seeds for less heat)
- lemons, juiced, plus zest
- lemon zest
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
- flat leaf parsley, picked and finely chopped
- olive oil cured yellow fin tuna
- oysters, medium to large, shelled
- all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- kosher salt (more or less to taste)
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- canola oil for frying

Aphrodesiacs included in the dish are oysters, chili peppers, and tuna. If artichokes are in season, consider adding artichokes as well.
