DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED - 업로드 파일
Below is the list of documents that should be attached in a zip file (maximum size 10MB) to participate:
Mandatory:
- A high resolution picture of yourself in chef jacket;
- The recipe for the dish (4 portions), which uses dry pasta as “hero product” of the recipe;
- Pictures of the dish (2 minimum)
Non-mandatory:
- Updated CV or short biography;
- Even if it is not mandatory, we recommend to provide also a short video (max 2’) where the chef will present himself, the restaurant where he works, and his culinary philosophy (optional)
참가를 위해 zip 파일(최대 10MB)로 첨부해야 하는 서류 목록은 다음과 같습니다.
필수항목:
- 셰프 자켓을 입은 고해상도 사진
- 건면 파스타를 주 재료로 사용한 레서피(4인분 기준)
- 메뉴 사진(최소 2개)
비필수:
- 업데이트된 이력서 또는 간략한 전기;
- 선택사항으로 셰프 본인과 일하는 레스토랑, 그리고 자신만의 요리 철학을 소개하는 간단한 비디오(최대 2피트)를 제공하는 것을 추천드립니다.
