The Tagliatelle Emiliane Barilla are thin flat strips of egg pasta, about 5 mm wide that go delicately well with all sauces. Barilla Emiliane has reinterpreted the traditional recipe to offer a shape with a delicate texture, made with skilfully made dough where semolina flour mixes with the eggs in just 2 millimetres of thickness.
